Monica Ramirez is a Certified Meditation Teacher with 11 years of corporate experience. As a social worker and career coach, she understands the common challenges of working 9-5 at a desk. Monica understands the connection between meditation and wellbeing at work. As someone who is sensitive to energies and perfectionists, Monica frequently felt burnt out and depleted in the past.
